Head of the Cesarec Group and Vice President with Marcus Millichap Capital Corporation, Mr. Cesarec is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing and other special use. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds, and bridge lenders.

Mr. Cesarec has more than 8 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed more than $300 million in transactions. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Cesarec served as Commercial Real Estate Business Development Officer with Logix Federal Credit Union. He was also a Sales Manager at H&R Block Mortgage and has over 17 years of loan origination experience including commercial, residential, and consumer. 

Mr. Cesarec is a graduate of University of Redlands, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. He is also a member of Mortgage Bankers Association and volunteer for the Hirshberg Foundation.
